A primitive 19th century ash and elm Irish or Welsh 'hedge' chair, or stick chair, good solid condition- structurally sound, no wobble.
Seat is one piece of timber, with strengthening baton repair to the underside of the seat. Appears to stand at its full original height, which is rare.
